About You
Skills & Experience
Sound knowledge of the contract administrative and procurement aspects of major civil and infrastructure projects
5+ years post graduate experience
Experienced user of MS Office and other Project Management Software
Experience in international contracting mechanisms e.g. FIDIC
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Spoken Arabic is advantageous
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or membership of a relevant recognized international Professional Body e.g. MRICS

Must be US Citizens with /or ability to obtain US Secret clearance, and have minimum 8-years documented experience in military Air Terminal Operations with experience in ATOC.
Journeyman knowledge of applicable AMC policy and regulations, the Integrated Data Environment (IDE), Global Transportation Network (GTN), and Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES).
Current certification for Transportation of Hazardous Materials Preparer’s Course or Air Transportation of Hazardous Materials Inspectors Course preferred.
Current certification for Aircraft Load Planning Course preferred.
Current certification for Air Mobility Command Joint Inspection Course preferred.
Current certification/license for operation of 60K Turner (aircraft cargo) Loader preferred.
Previous completion of the basic air transportation course and award of Air Force Specialty Code 2T251 or equivalent preferred.
Not required but preferred; Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe or Powerplant license, and/or present documented military experience and qualification on DD Form 214 in Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) 2A3X3, 2A5X1, 2A5X2, 2A6X1, 2A6X2, 2A7X3 or equivalent Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) used by the US Army or US Marines, or US Navy equivalent. Qualification in AFSC 1A2X1 or equivalent MOS also considered.

Qualifications & Years of Experience:
Minimum Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, and a minimum of 20 years’ in Oil & Gas industry, hydrocarbon, petroleum refinery, offshore, and infrastructure industries.
Key Skills & Technical Competencies:
Expert knowledge & understanding of Design practices, Construction Practices and Procedures.
Wide knowledge of codes and industry standards IEEE, NFPA, API, IEC, ANSI/NEMA.
Wide knowledge in Electrical Power Systems, Protection Philosophy & Protection Device Coordination.
Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Standards and procedures will be an added advantage.
Experience in management of a ‘Portfolio’ of projects
Must have excellent Time Management skill-set
