Education: Completed an apprenticeship in the culinary department or holds a culinary diploma
Experience: Needs to have a minimum of two to four years progressive experience in a five star environment, preferably one to two years experience in a similar position
Licenses or Certificates: Ideally holds intermediate food hygiene certification
Grooming: All colleagues must maintain a neat, and well groomed appearance (specific standards will be provided)
