- Shop Floor Manager
Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications:
Graduate Mechanical Engineer from reputed university
At least 13 to 15 years of shop floor experience of API (6A, 16A , 16C ,7-1)Manufacturing facility.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Shop floor Manager in a manufacturing plant
Experience with SAP preferred.
Strong supervisory and management skills.
Strong knowledge of plant and manufacturing operations required. Experience with CNC machines, welding, assembly & testing is highly preferred.
Knowledge of lean principals, raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment with little direction.
Basic Microsoft Office 2010 and computer skills.
Ability to produce quality products consistently.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
