JOB TITLE

- Mechanical Engineer

Requirements

The ideal candidate holds an Academic or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant discipline.

The candidate has a minimum of 8years’ experience within large commercial / retail developments or refurbishments, with sound knowledge within design.

Required experience and competencies for this role:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and experience:

- Construction Director

Essential Role Requirements:

BSc, BEng, BA or Equivalent Degree from an internationally recognized university.
20 Years Post Graduate experience
Minimum 10 years Experience working on Major Road projects in the GCC.
Chartered Status from a recognised international Bodie.
Strong interpersonal Skills
Experience managing multiple work streams/ packages/projects.

- Structural Engineer - Water

Role Requirements:

· Successful completion of a relevant Degree Certificate in appropriate Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering discipline from a recognised Tertiary Institution.
· Minimum of Fifteen (15) years postgraduate experience
· Minimum of ten (12) years experience as a Structural Engineer in similar projects
· Knowledge of local design standards
· Preference will be given to staff with experience in water-retaining structures and pump stations, preferably with interdisciplinary co-ordination.
· Past experience shall include successfully completing a previous position as Structural Engineer on a Project of similar nature and scope of work.

Candidate Profile

Good written and verbal communication skills.
An ability to identify potential problems and propose solutions

Ability to work well within and lead a site based team of mixed nationalities

Role Requirements

• 1 O+ years experience working on major road works projects

- Senior Public Health & Fire Engineer

Business Development
Input into business development activities through participation in external market profile raising activities and functions
Actively develop external and internal client relationships
Input into the Key Account Management (KAM) programmes via line manager, with the aim of increasing client intelligence to develop win solutions and support unique selling points for prospects
Act as Bid Manager on selected projects
