JOB TITLE 

- DRIVER

Position summary

You will serve the needs of the business, our guests and our team members by meeting and welcoming guests, and ensuring that they and their belongings are safely and efficiently transported while in the care of the hotel. To be a Master in the Profession of Driving, you will need to have full professional knowledge of the capabilities of the vehicle in which you work, the official rules of the road in the country of operation; understanding of the informal rules and driving habits in the country of operation, and thereby anticipate problems in order to protect yourself, our guests and the vehicle. You are the first person who creates the sense of welcome and the first impression to our guests.
Qualifications

• Valid driving licence for the type of vehicles being used
• Passionate about great service
• At least 2 years driving experience
• Good communication skills
• Basic level of English

- F&B SERVER

Position summary

A F&B server is on the front line of guest interactions, and as a Hospitality Ambassador for the resort should always provide prompt and courteous service delivery to all guests.

You will be one of the key influencing factors in guest satisfaction, and as such it is your responsibility to ensure that guests are delighted by the quality of service and comfort in our food and beverage outlets. Your main duties and responsibilities are to work as a team within all departments, ensuring the timely and efficient operation of the food and beverage outlets. You will have complete knowledge of the menus, beverages, services and facilities provided by the resort, and continuously develop your professional skills to further increase guest satisfaction. You will ensure a safe & hygienic work area, and uphold the privacy rights of the guests.

- SPA ATTENDANT

Position summary

You will be a keeper of the spa, and are responsible for maintaining the high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all aspects of the operation. Additionally you will assist the therapists in setting & clearing up the treatment rooms, and assist the guests in a professional and helpful manner when needed. Aside from performing daily opening and closing procedure, you will ensure that all equipment is in good condition and good working order.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Spa or Room attendant

- SENIOR THERAPIST


Position summary

As a Senior Therapist you will be one of the main pillars of the spa team. Together with the spa manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and services in all Spa treatments. Training will be one of you major roles, along with coordinating and supervising the therapists and ensuring that they provide the treatments with the goal of exceeding the expectations of our guests. Your administrative functions will include monitoring the inventory, updating the therapist logbook, monitoring the guest feedback, and other related reports.

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in a 5 star spa

- CHEF DE CUISINE

Position summary

Members of the Kitchen Department are responsible for ensuring that all visitors to the hotel are delighted by the quality, creativity and variety of our food and beverage offerings in every area of the hotel, and that F&B is regarded as a strong point of differentiation for the hotel in its local market.

As Chef de Cuisine you will be completely responsible for directing, training, supervising, planning, and coordinating all areas within the culinary department; including any projects requested by the Resident Manager, F&B Manager, or Executive Chef. You should be comfortable in leading and managing the kitchen team, and will provide support and training on an ongoing basis. It will be your responsibility to ensure only the highest quality of food & beverage for our guests through meticulous consistency, taste and presentation of all dishes. Additionally you will monitor the food inventory on a monthly basis, maintaining proper control of orders and purchases, and ensuring that all deliveries are received and handled efficiently and in line with hotel standards. You will review the food cost analysis on a daily basis to ensure that it is in line with the budget, with the goal of securing profit margins while maintaining the Corporate image of the Company at all times. You will also oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen spaces and procedures.
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, or any related Culinary degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of industry and culinary management experience.
• Previous experience with controlling food and labor cost, demonstration cooking, menu development, pricing, and training of culinary team members.
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
