Guest Service Agent (Female Russian Speaking)
Main responsibilities: Check-in, check-out, guest service, and daily front office operations.
Job experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position. Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel chain using Opera is a must.
Personality: Smart, pleasant outgoing & mature. Able to communicate clearly with customers and peers. Able to work with different nationalities. Passionate about servicing customers.
Education: High School Graduate minimum. Candidates graduated from a Business/Marketing or Hospitality University will have an advantage.
Age: Between 22 and 25 years old, on a single status.
Language: English Fluent Spoken and Written. French or German would be an advantage.
Salary: In addition to above market salary range, we provide accommodation, insurance, return air ticket to home city and duty meal.
Reporting to: Front Office Manager

Main responsibilities: To clean and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the rooms and in public areas.
Job experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar position within a leading internationally managed hotel. UAE experience would be a definite advantage.
Personality: Outgoing and spoken. Smart. Strong personality, able to deal with customers and colleagues of mixed nationalities.
Education: High School graduate.
Age: Between 21 and 30 years old, on a single status.
Language: Good command of English.
Salary: In addition to above market salary range, we provide accommodation, insurance, return air ticket to home city and duty meal.
Reporting to: Housekeeping Supervisor and Executive Housekeeper.
Income Auditor
Main responsibilities: To Reconcile and monitor all revenue aspects, tax, TD as per the hotel policy and Government guidelines. To supervise the night auditor to conduct and compile all the night end reports as per the Hotel Policy.
Job experience: Minimum of 2-3 year in a similar position in an international chain hotel. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Micros POS, and Opera.
Personality: Outgoing, organized and presentable Strong personality, able to deal with customers and colleagues of mixed nationalities. Able to work under pressure and deliver in short notice.
Education: University graduate (finance or hotel management) or graduated from a hospitality related Technical school/university).
Age: Between 25 and 35 years old.
Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Reporting to: Financial Controller
Salary: In addition to above market salary range, we provide accommodation, insurance, return air ticket to home city and duty meal.
Waiter and Waitress
Main responsibilities: Ensure a consistent and first class service is offered to customers at all times.
Job experience: Minimum a year in a similar position in a reputable 4 or 5-star hotel or in a reputable trendy, modern restaurant.
Personality: Passionate about serving customers, strong personality, outgoing, attentive to details, career oriented.
Education: High School as a minimum. Candidates graduated from a Hotel Management will have an advantage.
Age: Between 23 and 27 years old, on a single status.
Language: Excellent command of English. Candidates who speak Arabic and/or German, Italian or Russian would have an advantage.
