Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or acceptable equivalent, with 5+ years' experience in similar role in harness manufacturing or assembly. Experience in an avionics manufacturing /service environment is preferred.
Knowledge of Electro-Mechanical Assembly and Testing, mechanical/electrical part and process design, and analyzing engineering statistics.
