Foreman

Job Purpose
To manage the site administration and coordinate the implementation of the project plan at customer’s site in an organized and cost effective manner in accordance with the approved design/ drawing and within the agreed time frame so as to meet customer’s satisfaction

Job Skills
1. Diploma in civil engineering
2. 5-6 years experience in the interiors & civil industry (construction & finishing)
3. Attention to details and concern for quality
4. Must have supervised a large group of workmen and has extensive know-how on site management, reading of drawings and technical specifications

Contracts Manager

Job Purpose:
To implement the project program on site in an organized and cost effective manner in accordance with the approved design, quality standards and within the agreed time frame

Job Skills:
1. Degree /Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
2. 4- 6 years experience in the construction industry in both interiors and civil works with at least 1 – 2 years in a similar role
3. Must have extensive know-how on all site operations and should have managed small to mid-sized commercial value projects
4. Attention to details and concern for quality
5. Good people and time management skills
6. Good communication skills

Project Manager

Job Purpose
To manage the complete project execution process to ensure completion of the job within specified timeframes, in an organized and cost effective manner, in accordance with the approved design and quality standards so as to meet customer’s satisfaction and maintain continuity of business

Job Skills
1. Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
2. 6- 8 years experience in the construction industry in both interiors and civil works with at least 2 – 3 years in a senior role
3. Experience in handling of all site operations, complete knowledge of design/build/construction and should have managed large commercial value projects independently / with sub contactors for at least 3 –4years
4. Knowledge of MS Projects/ Primavera required and know how of FIDIC preferable
5. Attention to details and concern for quality
6. Good people and time management skills
7. Good communication skills

Project Engineer

Job Purpose
To implement the project program on site in an organized and cost effective manner in accordance with the approved design, quality standards and within the agreed time frame

Job Skills
1. Degree /Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Charge Hand

Job Purpose
To supervise and monitor all works carried out by subcontractors for assigned jobs and ensure adherence to quality standards and timeframes thereby enabling timely execution of jobs

Job Skills
1. 3-5 years experience in all civil works like masonry, painting, steelfixing, etc. in the interiors & civil industry. Must know how to manage a group of workmen and work with stretched timeframes
2. Attention to details and concern for quality

Mason

Job Purpose
To carry out general and finishing masonry works in the areas of laying, leveling, plastering, flooring, tiling, etc. on site in accordance with quality specifications and schedules and within timeframes thereby enabling timely completion of jobs

Job Skills
1. 3-5 years experience in masonry works of plastering, laying of tiles and other works as required in the interiors & civil industry. Must have know-how of both general and finishing masonry works
2. Attention to details and concern for quality

Carpenter

Job Purpose
To carry out furnishing and shuttering works on site within time frames specified and according to customer specifications and quality standards thereby achieving customer satisfaction

Job Skills
1. 2-3 years experience in the interiors & civil industry as a skilled carpenter Must have know how of both furnishing and shuttering works
2. Attention to details and concern for quality

Senior Estimator

Job Purpose
To prepare a realistic and competitive estimate of the cost of labour and material required for handling the project, in order to enable the management to evaluate the economic viability and decide upon the participation in the tender

Job Skills
1. BSc in QS / HD in QS
2. 7-10 yrs of experiences (Middle East preferably) with hands-on involvement in commercial & quantity surveying practices on large construction / interior fit out projects
3. Experience on estimating and tendering process, site measurement, costing, budgeting and general contract administration
4. Knowledge and experience in, the use of various Forms of Contract, particularly FIDIC, and exposure to constructions Contract Law claims procedures

Estimator

Job Purpose
To assist Chief Estimator / Senior Estimator in preparing a realistic and competitive estimate of the cost of labour and material required for the project, in order to enable the senior management to evaluate the economic viability and decide upon the participation in the tender

Job Skills
1. Higher Diploma in QS
2. 2-3 years experience in a large construction / interior fit out Company
3. Good knowledge of Job Costing gained through formal training or work experience
